Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at MEDISERVE is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key healthcare clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the medical products and services market. The person in this role will monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to support client needs.

The Sales

Manager will also conduct client meetings and presentations,



negotiate contracts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or key account management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, with experience in setting targets and tracking performance.
- Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, and the use of CRM tools or sales reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Comfort working on-site and visiting client locations in and around Delhi, with readiness for regular field travel.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results, customer satisfaction, and ethical practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
