Role & responsibilities

Leading Tiles Manufacturing Co. Hiring for - Area Sales Manager (Front Line Sales)

Location- Durgapur - Salem - Ahmedabad - Chennai

1. Candidate should target Business Development (BD) persons or specification individuals who work closely with Architects & Interior Designers (A & B segment architects) in companies dealing with laminates,
2. Preferred candidates should have experience with Tiles, wooden flooring, veneers, sanitaryware, or other premium building materials used in architect-based projects.
3. Handle channel partners, distributors, and dealers to drive sales growth.
4. Generate business through the retail market and expand the customer base.
5. Identify new business opportunities, participate in tenders/RFPs where applicable,



and ensure timely follow-up.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects.

Must Have Skills

1. Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in the specified market location with a background in building materials and Tiles Sales.
2. Handling Architect & Interior Designer (A, B Arch. & G+4 projects) segment
3. Experience in Project / Specification
4. Solid network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders/developers in house architect.
