Key Responsibilities
• Carry all belt AM responsibilities for a compact belt 15–20 field visits per week, new site openings, and collection follow-through • Manage a capped KA book of 4–5 named accounts with sites concentrated near the belt • Maintain the protected activity floor: minimum 10 current-site/prospect visits per week regardless of KA workload • Two consecutive misses on the activity floor move the KA book to the pure KAM • Hand over or step up when the regional split trigger fires — regional KA book > 4–5 crore annualised or 8+ active named accounts • Report a two-line scorecard weekly to RSD: belt revenue and KA revenue, each with its own target
