Daily Report

· Customer feedback being taken in person daily

· Reporting of maintenance issues promptly

· Constantly raising improvement points and taking initiative

· Audit reports done daily and checklist done on time

· Reviewing SM Delegation tasks

Audit report

· Staff Grooming - check staff grooming with SM Checklist

· Outlet Cleanliness - check physical cleanliness with SM Checklist

· Equipment Cleanliness - check equipment cleaning and condition

· Cash Audit (Petty Cash/ Banking/ Card/UPI/Amex)

Inventory Management

· FIFO Sheet being maintained by outlet authentically - to be checked with inventory

· Physical Inventory book & Supply Note to be checked with physical stock

· Veg / Non - Veg Segregation - fridge, veg member, gloves and apron

· Check 1st visit Closing PHM

· Check 2nd visit PHM for night

· Thawing Process - Quantity and process followed

· Wastage / Expiry Tracking

Supply Note

· Closing Inventory - need to enter closing count into the system

· Receiving - need to check GRN





· PO challans maintain - check physical POs

· Petty cash match with manual

· Manual Cash balance to Garima – Weekly

SOP

· Kitchen SOP check

· Roll making process

· Reheating process

· Half Done process

· Shelf-Life Check

· Packaging process

· CAYG followed

· Staff Briefing (Morning / Evening)

· Daily Conference call with SM

Online Platform

· Menu & Outlet Visibility

· Share 3/7 pm sales of Both platform

· Online Metrics - Updated status and targets

Staff Briefing

· Proper staffing at the outlet - Staff Rostering

· Deployment of staff at peak hour - Staff Deployment

· Staff Weekly roster and Leave status

Sales & Target Briefing

· Discuss Sale Target with SMs (Weekly Basis)

· Combo Targets Daily Basis

· Offline APC Target to the Outlets

· Current Product Targets

Other Major Responsibilities

· Opening & Closing Checklist

· Reviews FMS

· All the licenses should be pasted in the outlet

· Check Pest control data to be filled in the sheet

· Flyers distributions
