About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, layouts, and construction documentation based on design concepts and project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of architectural drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop working drawings and construction documentation based on architectural designs.
- Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, and other architectural projects as required.
- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into accurate CAD/BIM drawings.
- Make revisions to drawings based on architect/client feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, and standards.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
- Prepare door/window schedules, room layouts, finishes, and other architectural schedules.
- Assist architects in developing design presentations and documentation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, annotations, and consistency before issue.
- Maintain proper drawing standards,



naming conventions, revisions, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the site team to resolve drawing-related queries and discrepancies.
- Visit project sites when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.
- Support the architectural team throughout the design and construction documentation stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM/design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval drawings.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and Revit documentation.
- Experience with residential / commercial / hospitality projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
