About Ferrohub Mall

Ferrohub Mall is an open-air lifestyle destination designed around open streets, outdoor gathering spaces, sports facilities, experience zones, and immersive public spaces. We are looking for a creative Architecture Intern who can help transform underutilized and empty spaces into engaging, functional, and visually appealing areas.

Role: Architecture Intern

Location: Budigere Cross, Bengaluru

Type: Project-based Internship

Key Responsibilities

- Identify empty, underutilized, and visually dull spaces across Ferrohub Mall.
- Develop creative design concepts to transform these spaces into attractive experience zones.
- Prepare sketches, layouts, mood boards, and basic 3D visualizations for proposed designs.
- Explore concepts for seating areas, installations, activity zones, landscape pockets, art spaces, and other creative elements.
- Work with the team to incorporate scrap steel and industrial materials into innovative architectural and artistic installations.
- Suggest practical and aesthetically appealing ways to improve the overall look and experience of the mall.
- Study the existing spaces and recommend suitable placement of installations, furniture, plants, signage, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with the execution team to help bring approved concepts to life.
- Visit different areas of the mall regularly and propose new ideas for improving the visitor experience.

Added Advantage Interest in Botany & Landscaping Candidates with an interest in botany, plants, landscaping, or sustainable design will have an added advantage.

They may be involved in:





- Identifying suitable plants for different areas of the mall.
- Suggesting plant placement based on sunlight, space, aesthetics, and maintenance requirements.
- Creating concepts for green corners, vertical gardens, planters, and landscaped spaces.
- Combining plants with steel structures and artistic installations.
- Developing ideas to make the open spaces greener and more inviting.

What We Are Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Architecture / Landscape Architecture.
- Solid creative and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of space planning and design.
- Ability to think beyond conventional architectural solutions.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3D rendering, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong sketching and presentation skills.
- Interest in experimental design, installations, landscaping, art, and public spaces is a plus.
- A portfolio of academic, personal, or previous design projects is preferred.
- Most importantly, someone who is curious, creative, hands-on, and excited to turn empty spaces into experiences.
