Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor construction and project execution as per approved drawings.
- Ensure quality standards, project specifications, and timelines are maintained.
- Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- Robust knowledge of architectural planning and civil construction.
- Understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Knowledge of materials, BOQ, and project coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

- B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in architectural design, civil construction, or project execution preferred.
- Open for Vadodara location
