About the Role

Interiocity is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, materials, space planning, furniture, and execution. The role involves working closely with clients, preparing designs, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring projects are executed as per the approved design.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and functional needs.
- Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, furniture layouts, and working drawings.
- Take accurate site measurements and conduct site visits.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
- Prepare material specifications and assist in estimating quantities and costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, and site teams.
- Monitor site execution to ensure the work matches the approved design and drawings.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the design and execution process.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, products, and finishes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Good knowledge of space planning, furniture, materials, finishes, and interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of modular furniture and materials such as plywood, MDF, HDF, laminates, veneers, acrylic, glass, hardware, etc.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a practical understanding of site execution.
- A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is preferred.
