Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate, review, and validate inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) bills.
- Ensure accuracy of charges, procedures, diagnostics, pharmacy, and consultant billing.
- Process cashless and reimbursement claims with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Coordinate with patients, insurance providers, and TPAs for pre-authorizations and claim approvals.
- Review medical records, diagnosis codes, and treatment documentation for billing accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.




- Monitor billing KPIs and support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities.
- Conduct billing audits and ensure compliance with NABH guidelines and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate billing, insurance, and patient documentation.
- Guide junior billing executives and support process improvements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, accounts, and front-office teams for smooth billing operations.

Skills Required Min 1 year experience in Denials Management as AR Caller(Hospital Billing)

Qualification :Any graduation
