Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering & Technology invites applications for the position of Aptitude Trainer for the Training and Placement Department.

Qualification Required

- Any Degree with strong aptitude and quantitative skills.
- Experience in aptitude training for competitive exams or placements preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Conduct regular tests, practice sessions, and evaluation programs.
- Prepare aptitude materials and placement-oriented question banks.
- Analyze student performance and provide improvement strategies.
- Support placement preparation activities across departments.

Preferred Skills




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
