Company Description QServices is a software development company. We've been building custom .NET, Azure, and Microsoft solutions since 2014, mostly for clients in the US and Canada, and we've delivered over 500 projects. We're a Microsoft Certified Solutions Partner. These days a lot of our work is AI agents that companies actually trust in production, with humans kept in the approval loop.
Our buyers are CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, and founders. Technical people with budgets. Not consumers, not small local businesses.
Why this role exists
Right now most of our pipeline comes from marketplaces like Upwork. That works, but it means we only talk to companies that already went looking for a vendor. We want to start conversations with the ones who haven't.
That's your job. You find the right people, you get them on the phone, and you book a real meeting on our calendar. You don't sell, you don't scope, you don't quote. You open doors and hand off a warm, qualified conversation.
What you'll do
- Call, email, and message prospects in the US and Canada. Roughly 300 to 400 dials a day plus follow-up email and LinkedIn touches.
- Book 8 to 12 qualified discovery calls a week that actually show up.
- Qualify before you book. Does the company have the problem we solve, is your contact close enough to the decision, is there a real timeline and budget range.
- Keep the CRM clean. Every call logged, every next step dated, no ghost records.
- Handle the first 30 seconds well. Gatekeepers, "we already have a vendor," "send me an email," "not interested." You've heard them all and you have an answer that isn't a script recital.
- Feed back what you hear. Which openers land, which industries bite, which objections keep repeating. That shapes what we sell next.
Who we're looking for
You've done this before, in our world.
That last part matters more than anything else on this list.
Required
- 4+ years setting appointments or doing SDR work for a B2B software company, IT services firm, dev shop, or SaaS product.
- You've sold into the US or Canada and you're comfortable on the phone with a CTO or IT Director.
- Neutral, clear English. You'll be on live calls all day with North American buyers.
- You can talk about custom software, cloud, integrations, and AI at a surface level without bluffing. You don't need to be technical. You need to not sound lost.
- Comfortable working 9am to 6pm US Eastern, so evening or night hours where you live.
- Reliable internet, a quiet space, a working headset, and a backup power plan.
- You've hit a booked-meeting quota before and you can tell us the actual numbers.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Microsoft, .NET, or Azure services
- Experience selling AI or automation projects
- GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Apollo experience
- LinkedIn outreach on top of calling
How the process works
- Apply with the four answers below.
- 20-minute intro call.
- Live role play. We give you a target company and a persona, you make the call. This is the real test.
- Reference check on a past quota.
- Offer.
We move rapid. Start to offer in under two weeks if you're the one.
Four questions (answer these in your application)
- Which B2B software or IT services company did you set appointments for, and how many qualified meetings did you book per week?
- What's your actual opener when a CTO picks up? Write it out word for word.
- A prospect says "we already have a development partner." What do you say next?
- Your timezone, and confirm you can work 9am to 6pm US Eastern.
