As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application setting. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of service quality by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, ensuring that problems are clearly identified and addressed.

They work diligently to keep critical systems operational, applying thoughtful analysis and resolution strategies to support seamless application performance and client satisfaction throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system architecture and command-line tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues in a Linux environment.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Understanding of network protocols and services relevant to Linux systems.
