As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Nutanix Administration.
- Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning to ensure optimal server operation.




- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
