About the Role

One of our clients is looking for a high-performing Amazon SEO & Conversion Strategist with solid expertise in organic growth, content optimization, search performance, and conversion rate optimization.

This role will focus on improving organic rankings, keyword visibility, conversion rates, and revenue through data-driven Amazon listing optimization and analysis of Amazon-native data sources, including Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics .

This is an organic growth-focused role , rather than a primarily PPC-focused position.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Listing Optimization & Conversion

- Optimize Amazon product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, A+ Content, images, and video.
- Analyze listing performance and identify conversion barriers using data-driven insights.
- Develop recommendations to improve product page engagement, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Provide clear creative direction for content, imagery, video, and other listing enhancements.

Amazon SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute keyword strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Identify high-impact keyword opportunities, ranking gaps, and areas for organic traffic growth.
- Improve non-paid traffic, keyword coverage, and share of search across priority products.
- Monitor keyword rankings and evaluate the impact of content optimization initiatives.

Search Query Performance (SQP) & Brand Analytics
- Use Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP) to analyze the customer search funnel from impressions to clicks and purchases.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and determine whether performance limitations are related to content, pricing, visibility, or other factors.
- Leverage Amazon Brand Analytics to understand competitive positioning and search behavior.
- Identify high-value search opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen performance on priority search terms.
- Use Amazon-native data to support optimization decisions and measure results.





Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align organic search strategy with PPC initiatives to maximize overall search visibility and performance.
- Partner with creative and content teams to implement listing improvements.
- Ensure traffic-generation strategies are supported by strong conversion-focused product content.
- Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and priorities clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience improving Amazon organic rankings, conversion rates, and revenue through content optimization .
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP) .
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Brand Analytics .
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and organic search growth.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing Amazon product detail pages to improve conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate Amazon data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with Amazon content, creative, and/or marketing teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with consumer products, health & wellness, supplements, beauty, food, or other competitive e-commerce categories.
- Understanding of Amazon marketplace metrics, including search visibility, CTR, CVR, organic ranking, and share of search.
- Experience coordinating Amazon SEO and PPC strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer search behavior and e-commerce conversion funnels.
