AI/ML Architect Experience: 12+ Years Location: Kochin/Trivandrum Work Mode:Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect with 12+ years of experience to design and lead scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps, with robust architecture and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise applications.

- Lead solutions involving LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Design scalable and secure AI platforms with focus on performance, reliability, cost, and governance.
- Lead POCs and guide engineering teams through production implementation.
- Design and implement MLOps/LLMOps for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business, data, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills - 12+ years of overall experience in AI/ML,



software engineering, or related areas.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and data privacy.
- Excellent architecture, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred - Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience building enterprise-scale production AI/GenAI platforms.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
