About the Role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the technical architecture and feasibility workstream for an enterprise AI strategy engagement with a major international energy and infrastructure organisation.

You will assess the existing data, technology and integration landscape , shape AI architecture options, evaluate use-case feasibility, and support focused PoCs to validate technical assumptions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess enterprise data, technology, platform and integration readiness for AI adoption.
- Define AI architecture principles, target-state options and high-level solution designs .
- Evaluate technical feasibility, dependencies, risks and implementation complexity of AI use cases.
- Design or guide lightweight AI PoCs/experiments to validate priority use cases.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to AI roadmap, prioritisation and investment decisions .
- Collaborate closely with strategy, governance and delivery teams to ensure recommendations are practical and implementation-ready.
- Develop client-ready architecture, feasibility and technical documentation .

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture,



Data Architecture, AI/ML Engineering, Technical Consulting or related roles.
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI/ML solution architecture, data platforms, cloud and integration patterns .
- Experience conducting technical feasibility assessments and architecture design for complex organisations.
- Hands-on exposure to AI prototyping, PoCs, GenAI or agentic AI workflows is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, security and enterprise technology constraints.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior business and technology stakeholders .
- Strong consulting mindset with excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with CTO/CIO/CDO or senior technology leadership is a plus.
- Energy, infrastructure, utilities or other regulated-industry experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Information Systems, Technology or a related field required.

**NOTE - This is a senior position, it's a contracting or independent consulting with a scope for long-term extension. We're hopeful this will go beyond 3 months.
