We are looking for an AI Engineer with solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365, and AI-driven enterprise solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing AI agents and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and operate AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Develop conversational and agentic workflows using AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise data.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Microsoft Graph.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including App Registrations, API permissions, Admin Consents, and Managed Identities.
- Manage permissions across SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
- Provision and manage Azure resources required for AI solutions.
- Manage Azure RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
- Publish Teams Apps, bots, and AI agents while ensuring policy compliance.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, sensitivity labels, security, governance, and data protection.
- Support tenant-wide AI implementation by reviewing global requirements, restrictions, and technical impacts.
- Administer Microsoft Copilot, including license assignment, policies, Semantic Index, access troubleshooting, and usage reporting.
- Implement secure AI solutions following security-by-design principles.




- Automate Microsoft 365 and Azure administration using PowerShell.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI and Microsoft 365 environments.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on AI experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot administration and implementation.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and DLP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, App Registrations, API permissions, Admin Consents, and Managed Identities.
- Experience with Azure RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring, and Azure resources.
- Experience with AI agents, RAG, LLMs, Prompt flow, and AI integrations.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise data.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and data protection.
- Knowledge of APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.

Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training with significant professional experience.
