- Map existing business processes and identify hyper automation opportunities with measurable ROI

- Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document current-state workflows

/n

- Design future-state automated processes with transparent handoffs between human and AI agents

/n

- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines for automation projects

/n

- Track project dependencies, risks, and blockers—escalating and resolving issues proactively

/n

- Maintain project documentation including technical specs, process maps, and deployment runbooks

/n

- Prepare status updates, demos, and executive briefings on automation program progress

/n

- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and process owners to ensure smooth adoption

/n /n Required Technical Skills: /n /n

- 5 years of hands-on development experience with Python (professional or substantial project work)

/n

- Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)

/n





- Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows

/n

- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service)

/n

- Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures

/n

- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts

/n

- Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus)

- 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement roles

/n

- Understanding of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams)

/n

- Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders

- Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities

/n

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar)

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time with clear communication
