About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations Expert who can identify opportunities to use AI across different departments and business processes to make operations faster, smarter, more automated, and more efficient.

The person will work with teams such as HR, Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Franchise Support, Accounts, and Operations to implement practical AI-based solutions and reduce repetitive manual work.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify repetitive and time-consuming processes that can be improved using AI.
- Implement AI tools for content creation, social media, marketing, HR, recruitment, reporting, data analysis, documentation, and daily operations.
- Use AI to streamline and automate SOPs, reports, MIS, Excel work, presentations, emails, and documentation.
- Support the Social Media team with AI-based content ideas, captions, scripts, creatives, content calendars, and performance analysis.
- Use AI tools for recruitment such as JD creation, candidate screening, interview questions, follow-ups, and recruitment reporting.
- Develop AI-based solutions for customer/franchise support and query management.
- Explore and implement AI tools that can improve sales and franchise operations.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI, no-code tools, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Train employees on the effective use of AI tools for their respective departments.
- Research new AI tools and regularly recommend useful solutions to management.
- Maintain a list of AI tools, workflows, automations, and their business impact.
- Measure the time, cost, and efficiency saved through AI implementation.
- Ensure AI-generated content and outputs are reviewed for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and confidentiality.





Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of ChatGPT and other Generative AI tools.
- Understanding of AI tools for content, automation, productivity, data analysis, and business operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, PowerPoint, and basic workflow automation.
- Ability to create effective AI prompts and workflows.
- Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to learn and test new AI tools quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs, no-code automation, or tools like Make/Zapier/n8n will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is not necessarily an AI developer or software engineer. We are looking for someone who understands how AI can be practically applied to everyday business operations and can turn AI capabilities into measurable improvements for the company. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and practical AI knowledge.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who is highly curious about AI, experiments with new tools regularly, and can say “This process can be done faster with AI” and then actually implement the solution.
