Hairscope is building AI-powered technology for hair and scalp analysis. Our products use computer vision, machine learning, and intelligent automation to help clinics and businesses analyze hair and scalp conditions more accurately.

We are looking for an AI/ML Intern who wants hands-on experience working with real datasets, production models, computer vision, and emerging agentic systems. This is not an internship where you spend six months making a PowerPoint about "the future of AI" while someone else builds the actual thing.

What You'll Work On:

Depending on your skills, interests, and current projects, you may work on:

- Building and experimenting with agentic workflows and AI-powered tasks
- Developing image pre-processing pipelines using Python and OpenCV
- Working on image enhancement, segmentation, normalization, quality checks, and feature extraction
- Preparing datasets for machine learning and computer vision models
- Performing image annotation and data labeling for hair and scalp analysis
- Testing and evaluating AI and ML models
- Training, fine-tuning, and improving computer vision or machine learning models
- Experimenting with modern AI models and adapting them for real-world use cases
- Measuring model accuracy and helping improve model performance
- Working closely with the product and engineering teams to take experiments toward production

What We're Looking For:

- Currently pursuing final year or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- Good understanding of Python




- Familiarity with OpenCV and image processing concepts
- Basic understanding of machine learning and deep learning
- Familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks is a plus
- Interest in computer vision, generative AI, LLMs, or agentic systems
- Comfortable working with datasets, annotations, and data quality
- Curious, self-driven, and willing to experiment and learn

Bonus Points:

- Experience training or fine-tuning ML models
- Experience with object detection, image segmentation, or classification
- Familiarity with YOLO or similar computer vision models
- Experience working with image annotation tools and datasets
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, AI agents, or agentic workflows
- Personal projects, research, GitHub repositories, or experiments related to AI/ML

What You'll Learn: During the internship, you will get practical exposure to the complete AI/ML development lifecycle, including:

- Working with real-world datasets
- Image preprocessing and computer vision
- Data annotation and dataset preparation
- Model training and fine-tuning
- Model evaluation and experimentation
- Building AI-powered and agentic workflows
- Understanding how AI models move from experiments toward real products

High-performing interns may have the chance to take ownership of larger projects and continue working with Hairscope as the company grows. Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
