Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer with 2–3 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business problems and support a growing product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model development.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models into production environments using APIs and cloud-based services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices in Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and accuracy of deployed models across use cases and data volumes.
- Identify and resolve issues related to model drift, bias, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement data pipelines for training, validation, and inference using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs, pre-trained models,



and open-source libraries into existing systems.
- Manage model versioning, experimentation tracking, and deployment lifecycle using MLOps practices.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, research papers, tools, and AI/ML best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support project deployment activities.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure data security, model scalability, and adherence to performance and ethical AI best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI model development.
- Experience with NLP or Computer Vision frameworks such as spaCy, OpenCV, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Development Lifecycle (MLDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Must be have own Laptop for the working.
