We use AI to automate workflows, coordinate services, and drive real product outcomes—not demos, scripts, or brittle integrations.

This role is for engineers who want to build agentic systems that actually run in production,

coordinate multiple services, and make decisions - not wire together no-code/low-code tools like n8n.

What You’ll Do

As an AI Engineer focused on automations and orchestration, you’ll design and build agent-to-agent (A2A) systems that coordinate workflows across services, APIs, and internal tools.

You will

● Build AI-driven automations that orchestrate multi-step workflows across systems

● Design and implement agent-to-agent (A2A) coordination, including:

○ Task decomposition

○ Delegation between agents

○ State management and retries

● Implement deterministic + LLM-driven workflows (hybrid systems)

● Own orchestration logic end-to-end:

○ Triggers → reasoning → execution → verification

● Build robust tool-calling and action frameworks

● Integrate agents with real systems (payments, subscriptions, messaging, data services)

● Instrument automations with logging, metrics, and guardrails

● Ship frequently—daily or near-daily—and iterate based on failures and feedback

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves





● 2–5 years experience as a backend, platform, or AI engineer

● Strong proficiency in Python (or equivalent backend language)

● Experience building automation systems or workflow engines

● Hands-on experience with agentic systems or multi-step AI workflows. Experience with Langraph/Langchain, CrewAI, etc is a plus. Google ADK is a strong plus.

● Experience implementing A2A orchestration (or clear evidence you understand the pattern deeply)

● Comfort designing stateful workflows, retries, idempotency, and error handling

● Experience integrating with external APIs and services

● Strong system design skills - can reason about failure modes, scale, and observability

● Ability to ship production systems, not prototypes

Explicitly Not a Fit

● Reliance on low-code / no-code automation tools (e.g. not N8N, Zapier, Make)

● “Prompt-only” or demo-focused AI work

● Research-only or notebook-only ML work

Pay: ₹878,159.42 - ₹2,280,665.16 per year
