We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, cosmetology clinic, dermatology clinic, skin & hair clinic, or similar aesthetic healthcare environment.

Candidates with general management experience but without aesthetic/clinic experience are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic.
- Handle patient appointments, consultations and follow-ups.
- Manage and coordinate doctors, therapists, aestheticians and other clinic staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Handle patient queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Monitor treatment schedules and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain clinic records, reports and daily operational updates.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and daily responsibilities.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and clinic standards are maintained.
- Support the team in achieving monthly treatment and revenue targets.
- Monitor clinic sales, packages, memberships and treatment conversions.
- Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups and patient retention.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new patients.
- Assist in stock and inventory management of clinic products and consumables.




- Ensure clinic SOPs and operational procedures are followed.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic/beauty/dermatology/skin & hair clinic is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Aesthetic Clinic Manager / Clinic Manager / Centre Manager / Operations Manager in the aesthetic industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in patient handling, clinic operations, team management and sales/target management.
- Candidates with experience in aesthetic treatments, cosmetology services, skincare, haircare and laser treatments will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of clinic operations and patient management.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a quick-paced clinic environment.

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience in Aesthetic Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Cosmetology Clinics, Skin & Hair Clinics or Laser Clinics will be given preference.

Candidates with general management experience but without relevant aesthetic/clinic experience may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
