Experience- 14+ years ( 14+ years analytics experience with 5+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud and CJA architecture roles)

Role Summary

Own architecture and delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization, and real-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design omnichannel customer journey frameworks.
- Architect event-driven and audience-triggered campaigns.
- Configure journeys, decisioning, offers, and personalization strategies.
- Integrate AJO with RTCDP, AEP, CRM, and marketing platforms.
- Define governance, deliverability, and consent management practices.




- Lead technical solution design and implementation teams.
- Optimize engagement, conversions, and customer experiences.
- Provide architecture reviews and production support guidance.
