Qualifications: /n ● Any UG / PG degree Education, Psychology, or a related field with 2-5yrs experience. /n ● Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or /n admissions. /n ● Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred). /n ● Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways (training provided). /n ● Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. /n ● Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills to drive enrollments. /n ● Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off. /n ● Best in industry compensation, benefits, incentives &
