Job Location - EuroSchool Gunjur /n Role Summary: /n The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets. /n Position: Admission Counsellor /n We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team and support the school's admission and enrolment process. /n Responsibilities: /n · Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels. /n · Counsel prospective parents and provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process. /n · Conduct school tours and coordinate with prospective parents to ensure a positive admission experience. /n · Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert prospective leads into admissions. /n · Maintain accurate admission data and update enquiry and admission trackers.
