Maitri Global Education helps students pursue international education opportunities at leading institutions across Europe, the UK, and the UAE, with a strong focus on design, fashion, luxury, creative arts, and related fields.

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-oriented Admission & Sales Counselor to join our remote team.

The candidate will receive leads generated by Maitri's marketing team and will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their requirements, counseling them on suitable study-abroad options, and converting qualified leads into applications and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and respond to leads provided by Maitri Global Education.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, preferred destinations, course interests, and budgets.
- Counsel students on suitable universities, institutes, courses, intakes, scholarships, fees, and admission requirements.
- Provide study-abroad solutions across Europe, the UK, and the UAE.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build trust and strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle questions and objections related to admissions, fees, scholarships, eligibility, destinations, and career opportunities.
- Identify serious and qualified prospects and move them toward the application stage.
- Follow up consistently throughout the student's decision-making process.
- Coordinate with the internal admissions/application team once a student decides to proceed.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, application, and enrollment targets.
- Keep up to date with university programs, admission requirements, scholarships, deadlines, and intakes.
- Share regular feedback on lead quality, common objections, student requirements, and conversion challenges.

- Are organized and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Are willing to continuously learn about international education and new university offerings.

Preferred Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in study-abroad counseling, education sales, admissions, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Experience working with international education or student admissions is preferred.




- Experience counseling students interested in fashion, design, luxury, architecture, interior design, creative arts, communication, or related fields will be an advantage.

What Success Looks Like This is not a traditional telecalling position.

You will be given leads, but you will own the conversation and the conversion journey.
