We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Admission Counsellor to foster and facilitate the admission process. Admission Counsellor will be playing a vital role as the first point of contact in processing information requests from parents and addressing parents' queries related to admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Accepting and filtering student applications
- Providing consultations to prospective students and parents regarding school
- Completing the documentation pertaining to the admission process.
- Arrange interviews and admission tests.
- Ensure the correction of the admission test papers.
- Follow-up with parents for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
- Communication with prospective parents regarding the status of application
- Processing information requests from parents and students.
- Maintaining the admission data on a dashboard Coordinating with the social media team
- Attending monthly review meetings




- Participate in all open houses, school activities, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
- Maintain database of rejections of this year for future references/ contacts.
- Bring ideas for admission strategy

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven working experience as an Admission Counsellor
- Patience and flexibility
- Solid communication skills
- To be lively and have excellent communication and People's skills
- Have some experience using ERP tools.
- Have some basic knowledge in using Excel, Word and PPT.

Experience

- Two years of experience as an Admission Counsellor
- Freshers may also apply
