Position: Admission Counselor Industry: Education Location: Sector 82, Mohali Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about courses and admission procedures. Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs. Handle leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Regularly follow up with prospective students. Convert leads into successful admissions. Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Handle student/parent queries professionally.

Coordinate with the academic and admissions team. Stay updated about courses, programs, and admission offerings.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1 year experience in Admission Counselling / Education Sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Comfortable communicating with students and parents. Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
