We are looking for an organized, responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to manage the organization's day-to-day administrative operations along with accounts and finance-related activities. The position will ensure smooth office functioning, proper documentation, financial record keeping, timely reporting, compliance support and coordination with field teams.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesA. Administration & Office Operations
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, hotel bookings etc.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, files and administrative registers.
- Coordinate with different departments and field teams for administrative requirements.
- Handle office-related purchases, deliveries, outdoor work and vendor coordination.
- Support procurement of office and program-related materials and maintain relevant records.
- Assist in camp activities, field visits and other program-related activities whenever required.
- Maintain office inventory, assets and administrative records.
- Support management in logistics and other operational requirements.
- Prepare administrative reports, statements and documentation as required.
- Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
B. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain and update financial records and documents at the Head Office.
- Record financial transactions and maintain supporting documents, vouchers, bills and expense records.
- Maintain expense sheets and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Collect, verify and consolidate financial data and reports received from program offices.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial MIS reports for management.
- Support preparation of fund requests, expenditure statements and financial reports.
- Monitor program and administrative expenditures and ensure proper documentation and utilization of funds.
- Assist in maintaining cash records, ledgers, payroll-related financial documentation and financial disbursement records.
- Support preparation and monitoring of budgets and provide expenditure updates to management.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and ensure records are complete and readily accessible.
C. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate regularly with HR, Program, Finance and field teams for administrative and financial requirements.
- Follow up with district teams for pending financial documents, bills, vouchers, MIS and fund-related information.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as and when required.
- Ensure timely submission of administrative and financial reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational, employee and financial information.
- Provide support during internal reviews, audits and other organizational assessments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, Commerce, Finance, Administration or Management.
- Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts/finance functions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, expense management, financial documentation and MIS reporting.
- Basic understanding of TDS, GST, ITR and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Good report-writing, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and work independently.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
