Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts and Purchase Assistant with at least 2 year of experience to manage our daily finance and procurement workflows. In this hybrid role, you will use Tally to do Billings, track vendor invoices, and issue purchase orders. Your work will ensure smooth day-to-day coordination with suppliers and keep our operational records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Assistance (Tally Focus):

- Record daily financial entries, sales vouchers, and purchase invoices directly into Tally.
- Assist senior accounting professionals in daily financial operations and reporting activities
- Help manage petty cash records, employee expense bills, and day-to-day book keeping tasks.

Purchase Coordination:

- Draft, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)



based on structural inventory needs.
- Communicate with vendors to request quotations, verify pricing, and check shipment statuses.
- Assist senior purchasing professionals in daily purchase operations and reporting activities

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in basic accounting or purchasing support roles.
- Practical proficiency in Tally (Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9) and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Skills: Sharp attention to detail, solid numerical data entry accuracy, and clear phone/email communication skills.
