Responsible for the overall invoice, collection, cash application activities, and timely management of all AR aging components. The Accounts Receivable Manager will also maintain and improve sustained cash flow through diligent and aggressive monitoring of our customer accounts.

- AR Operations Management:

Ensure proper management of accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections. Ensure accurate and timely follow up and accounting of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies, if any.

Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables

- Credit and Risk Management:

Assess credit worthiness of recent and existing customers by analysing previously available data and credit reports.

Establish and maintain credit limits and terms for customers in accordance with company policies

Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure.

- Credit Control:

Prepare, Present DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and monitor overdue accounts.

Develop strategies to reduce outstanding and improve cash flow

- Reconciliation & Reporting:





Ensure periodic reconciliation of all Customer ledgers to confirm proper accounting,

managing month-end closing tasks and preparing aging reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies and relevant regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in

AR operations.

Dispute Resolution & Customer Service:

- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, credit notes, and customer queries efficiently.

Qualification and

Graduation degree or equivalent

 Experience in AR –Credit Control, Collection follow up, dispute resolution

 Experience in driving process improvement, Reduction of DSO

 Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in accounts receivable

Flexible

 Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel

 Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and present detailed reports.

 Team management and negotiation skills

 Problem-solving attitude .

Travel Required (7-10 days in Pan India every month )
