We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, statutory compliance support, and reporting for our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors,
and customers as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
