Job Title: Accountant / Bookkeeper /n Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite) /n Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST /n Working Days: 5.5 days per week /n About the Role: /n We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role offers exposure to UK, US, and Australian accounting practices and is ideal for someone looking to grow in a global finance workplace. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger records.
/n
- Perform bank, debtor, and vendor reconciliations with precision.
/n
- Handle month-end closing activitiesaccruals, prepayments, deferred income, etc.
- Manage Accounts Receivable: record customer payments and maintain receipt and refund records.
/n
- Review and validate all accounting entries and reports before submission.
/n
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and process improvements across accounting workflows.
/n
- Gain practical experience in VAT and international accounting standards.
/n /n Qualifications & Skills: /n /n
- Minimum 4+ years of total accounting experience.
/n
- Mandatory UK accounting experience (please specify years).
/n
- VAT experience required.
/n
- Working knowledge of Xero (preferred).
/n
- Strong MS Excel skills.
/n
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
/n
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
