Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executive / Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, payments, taxation, reporting, and other financial activities of the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payments, receipts, and transactions.

Prepare and maintain cash flow reports and financial statements. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable . Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

Monitor project-wise expenses, budgets, and payments. Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments. Maintain proper financial documentation and records. Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making.





Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all financial work.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field .

Experience in Finance & Accounts preferred. Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software . Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and basic financial compliance. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply for Executive-level positions.
