- Accounts & E-Commerce Accounting ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Accounts & E-Commerce Accounting Executive who will be responsible for handling the company's complete accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliances, monthly/quarterly filings, data finalization, and e-commerce accounting.The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial data finalization, payment gateway reconciliation, and sales reconciliation from multiple e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day company accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain and verify purchase, sales, expense, journal and other accounting entries.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation and Payment Gateway Reconciliation.
- Manage complete GST-related accounting and compliance, including monthly/quarterly filings.
- Handle TDS calculations, accounting and applicable statutory filings.
- Prepare and maintain data required for monthly and quarterly compliance and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts and financial data.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams for accounting and taxation requirements.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation differences.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting transactions.

E-Commerce Accounting Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for accounting and reconciliation of sales and settlements from multiple e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms, including:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Meesho
- JioMart
- Shopify
- Blinkit

Responsibilities will include:
- Downloading and maintaining sales reports,



settlement reports and transaction data from various portals.
- Reconciling e-commerce sales with accounting records.
- Reconciling payment gateway collections and settlements with bank statements.
- Verifying marketplace deductions such as commission, shipping charges, marketplace fees, TCS/TDS, returns, refunds, penalties and other adjustments.
- Matching marketplace settlement reports with bank credits.
- Tracking sales returns, cancellations, refunds and outstanding settlements.
- Preparing monthly reconciliation statements and identifying discrepancies.
- Ensuring accurate posting of e-commerce transactions in the accounting system.
- Coordinating with marketplace/payment gateway teams wherever required for settlement-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation and Payment Gateway Reconciliation.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transaction data.
- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly compliance deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with practical experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify and Blinkit accounting/reconciliation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,788.09 - ₹45,000.00 per month
