About the Internship
We are looking for Accounts Interns who have a basic understanding of accounting and Tally Prime and are interested in gaining practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
The selected interns will work closely with the Accounts team and receive practical exposure to Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, ledger management and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime.
- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal vouchers.
- Assist with bank reconciliation activities.
- Support GST and TDS-related documentation.
- Maintain and update vendor and customer ledgers.
- Verify invoices and supporting financial documents.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and files.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for daily accounting activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Com graduate or final-year B.Com student.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good data-entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to verify invoices and financial documents.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop practical accounting skills.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Candidates should be available for the complete 6-month internship period.
- Candidates from Surat are preferred.
