Job Title: Accounting (Spanish/Portuguese)

Location: Greater Noida (WFO)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting skilled with experience in accounting operations, book closure, journal entry posting, and end-to-end AP/AR processes. The candidate should have exposure to group-level finance operations and support multiple entities/business units. Expertise with Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory as the candidate will be working with the Latin team here.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Pass journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and reconciliations.
- Perform vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.




- Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with group entities and stakeholders for accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, journal entries, book closure, and reconciliations.
- Experience working in group-level/shared services/multi-entity accounting environments.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
- Spanish or Portuguese language Expertise
