Role Description The Accountant at Tpots will manage day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, supporting internal audits, and providing financial reports and insights to management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat,



requiring close collaboration with operational and leadership teams to support informed financial decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, spreadsheets).
- Experience in bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Skill in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
