- Finance Location: Ghaziabad / Indirapuram Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist management with financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records. Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.

Handle Tally

Prime/ERP and ensure proper ledger maintenance. Prepare and maintain bank, cash, customer, vendor, and general ledgers. Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation. Assist in preparation of monthly Profit &

- Loss, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting compliances. Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits, tax filings, and financial requirements. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required. Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments. Assist management in budgeting,



cash-flow tracking, and financial analysis. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Required

QualificationsB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic statutory compliance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Good analytical and numerical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred

SkillsExperience in real estate/construction or property-related accounting will be an advantage. Knowledge of project-wise accounting and cost tracking.

Experience with ERP/accounting software. Good communication and coordination skills.
