JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER Position: Account Manager Department: Accounts Industry: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end accounting activities for the manufacturing unit in compliance with statutory and internal policies.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting records. Statutory &
- Compliance Responsibilities: 1. Preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation statements, etc.).
- Handling TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliances as per Income Tax Act.
- Coordination and timely communication with Income Tax, GST, Customs, Excise, Sales Tax, and other Government Authorities .
- Notifying and submitting required documents, statements, and disclosures to concerned government offices within due timelines. Accounting &
- Finance: 1. Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit &
- Loss Account , and other financial statements. 2.

Bank Reconciliation

Statements (BRS) and monitoring of cash and bank transactions.

- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management review on a periodic basis.
- Providing review updates and financial insights to management for decision-making. Payroll &
- Employee Matters: 1.



Handling payroll processing , including PF, ESI, statutory deductions, and compliance .
- Processing employee full & final settlements , including gratuity, leave encashment, and statutory clearances. Export–Import &
- Manufacturing Exposure: 1. Knowledge of Export–Import documentation , compliance, and coordination with customs agents.
- Understanding of manufacturing-related accounting such as inventory accounting, cost records, and production-linked expenses. Audit &
- Coordination: 1. Coordination with internal and external auditors and timely closure of audit observations.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and amendments.

Required Experience &

Skills: 1. Proven experience in manufacturing industry accounting .

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Payroll, and Statutory Compliances .
- Working knowledge of Export–Import regulations .
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification: · B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
