Job Summary /n We are looking for an Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Accounting to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for US-based clients using QuickBooks . Inter CA dropout / CA Final - dropout are preferred (Only dropouts should apply) /n Key Responsibilities /n Bookkeeping & Accounting /n /n

- Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

/n

- Maintain and update general ledger, chart of accounts, and journal entries

/n

- Categorize and classify transactions accurately as per US GAAP

/n /n Bank & Account Reconciliation /n /n

- Perform bank, credit card, and vendor/customer account reconciliations

/n

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between books and bank statements

/n

- Ensure accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) are up to date

/n /n Financial Reporting /n /n

- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

/n





- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

/n

- Prepare schedules and working papers for review by seniors/managers

/n /n Requirements /n /n

- Inter CA (CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared) preferred; graduates in Commerce/Accounting/Finance also considered

/n

- 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in US Accounting

/n

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) - mandatory

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

/n

- Good written and verbal communication skills (for client interaction)
