The Academic
Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs and training workshops tailored for educators. /n Key responsibilities include teaching subject-specific content, conducting training sessions (ATU), evaluating program effectiveness (SIM),
and updating materials to reflect evolving academic needs. You will play a key role in improving the learning experience and the quality of our training programs. /n Qualifications /n /n
- Strong skills in Education, Teaching, and Training to effectively guide and engage students and educators

- Experience in Curriculum Development to design and refine educational programs
/n
- Excellent Communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively

- Passion for education and a commitment to improving learner outcomes

- Strong organisational and time management skills
/n
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training and educational purposes is a plus

- Master's degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
