Role Description The Academic Manager – Area will oversee academic implementation and performance for partner schools in the Rohtak region. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating with school leadership, teachers, and internal teams to ensure effective use of Next Education’s curricula, learning platforms, and products.

Responsibilities include monitoring academic delivery, conducting classroom observations, analyzing student and school performance data, and providing feedback and support to improve teaching-learning processes.

The Academic

Manager – Area will organize training sessions and workshops for educators,



ensure alignment with curriculum standards, and assist schools in integrating Next Education solutions into their daily operations. The role also includes regular reporting, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve academic issues and enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Management skills, including school coordination, academic operations oversight, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Curriculum Development and Education, with experience in K–12 pedagogy, instructional design, and syllabus planning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams, along with the ability to conduct trainings and presentations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, assess learning outcomes, and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; prior experience in academic coordination, school advisory, or edtech is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, travel within the assigned area, and adapt to diverse school environments; familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, and state boards is an advantage.
- Proficiency with education technology platforms, basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards), and a strong commitment to learner-centric, outcome-driven education.
