Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Academic Counselor to guide students, recommend suitable programs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 250–300 calls daily to prospective students.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable UG/PG/certification programs.
- Handle B2C inside sales and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build trust, handle objections, and close sales.
- Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Build student relationships and generate referrals.
- Resolve student queries and provide end-to-end support.




- Maintain lead updates and follow-ups on CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Sales preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
