As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certification s. /n /n Responsibilit ies; /n /n Sales and Revenue Growth: /n /n 1.

Certificate Course Sales: Convert recent sales leads, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. /n /n 2.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting & networking. /n /n 3.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling. /n /n Customer Engagement: /n /n 1.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services. /n /n 2.

Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. /n /n 3.

Relationship Building:



Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. /n /n Sales Administration and Reporting: /n /n 1.

Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting. /n /n 2.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement. /n /n Requirements; /n /n 1.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field. /n /n 2.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry. /n /n 3.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers. /n /n 4.

Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals. /n /n 5.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
