Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students, professionals, and homemakers in selecting the right skill development courses at AI School For All. The role involves counselling, career guidance, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes to help learners become job-ready in the evolving AI-driven world.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, career pathways, and training benefits on call or face to face
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions (offline/online).
- Maintain follow-ups with leads from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and job portals.
- Assist in admissions, documentation, and onboarding of learners.
- Collaborate with trainers and placement officers to align student goals with course offerings.
- Provide career guidance and motivate learners to achieve their professional objectives.




- Prepare counselling reports and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
- Ability to understand learner needs and suggest suitable courses.
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and digital communication tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to build trust with learners.
