HVAC TECHNICIAN – Operation & Maintenance (O&M;)We require an experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN for Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in Pharmaceutical and GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities .

Key Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of Air-Cooled Ductable AC, Package AC, and Combi/Inbuilt AHU systems . Maintenance and troubleshooting of associated Condensing Units, compressors, motors, blowers, control panels, sensors, and refrigeration systems . Execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance as per approved SOPs and maintenance schedules.

Installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of HVAC equipment. Identification and rectification of electrical, mechanical,



refrigeration, and control-related faults. Maintaining GMP, cGMP, EHS, safety, and documentation requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Preparation and maintenance of service reports, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists, and equipment history . Coordination with client engineering, production, QA, and EHS teams for smooth HVAC operations.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical HVAC systems, GMP environments, Ductable AC, Package AC, AHU, and Condensing Units will be preferred.
