Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeler specializing in exterior visualization to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in 3D modeling and rendering, with a focus on creating stunning exteriors for architectural projects. The candidate should be able to translate architectural concepts and design into visually appealing and realistic 3D representations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of exterior architectural elements, including buildings, landscapes, and outdoor & indoor environments.
2. Collaborate with the design and visualization teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
3. Interpret 2D drawings, blueprints, and design sketches to develop 3D models that align with the project's vision.
4. Apply texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic and visually striking exterior visualizations.
5.



Ensure that the 3D models meet quality and technical standards set by the company.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling software and techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrate 2-5 years of relevant experience as a 3D Modeler, specializing in exterior visualization for architectural projects, with a proven track record in the field of architecture and interiors.
2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCad, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere, or similar.
3. Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
4. A portfolio showcasing previous work with an emphasis on exterior 3D modeling and visualization.
5. Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of VR technologies and their application in architectural visualization is a plus.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
