We are looking for a skilled and passionate 3D and VFX Animation Faculty to train students in industry-relevant tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom training in 3D Animation, VFX and related software/tools.
- Teach students concepts such as 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, rigging, animation, compositing and visual effects.
- Plan and conduct practical sessions, assignments, projects and assessments.
- Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to students on their projects and portfolios.
- Explain industry-standard workflows and production techniques.
- Mentor students in developing showreels, portfolios and industry-ready projects.
- Track student progress and provide regular performance feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D, VFX software, techniques and industry trends.
- Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding curriculum, projects, assessments and student development.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D Animation and VFX production workflows.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as:
- Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max / Blender




- Adobe Photoshop
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Nuke or other compositing software
- Substance 3D / ZBrush is an advantage
- Good understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, rigging and compositing.
- Strong practical/project-based knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Ability to mentor students and identify areas for improvement.
- Valuable time management and classroom management skills.
- Industry experience in 3D/VFX/Animation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3+ years of relevant industry or teaching experience.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
- Experience working on professional animation, VFX, gaming, advertising or media projects is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
